The carpets really smelled great when I returned to office after the holiday. My only complaint is that the base boards had the carpet cleaning solution on it. Bar stopped by to take a look at some discoloration in my house closet. He was on time and explained the situation, its potential causes, and proposed steps, both immediate and long term. He was extremely knowledgeable and had indepth answers to all of my questions (I had a lot). He broke down the proposed work into two steps that were easy to understand right after the inspection. Had some minor water damage in the basement after a big storm. At the initial inspection, gave me a clear diagnosis of what he saw & how to treat it. When he did the repairs, the actual damage (mold!) was found to be more than expected but again no pressure or upselling, just answered my questions and let me decide.
